Get an automated rental valuation (AVM) for rental units.
Supports multiple units in a single request. Each unit can have different bedroom/bathroom configurations.
Returns:
- Point estimate rent for each unit
- 95% confidence interval
- Comparable rental listings with similarity scores
- Per-model predictions from ensemble
